Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — absolutely! You’re welcome to walk in and play any time. We do ask that you create an account with us first. The easiest way is to set up a member profile on our website and choose the Daily Drop‑In option. This way, you can skip the paperwork at the front desk and head straight to the court. It’s faster for you and easier for our staff.
No problem — we love beginners at Peak Pickleball! You can sign up for one of our free “Try Pickleball” classes to learn the basics in a fun, supportive setting. If you’re just stopping by with friends, our Front Desk Player Assistants can provide paddles, balls, and even a quick overview of how to get started. You can also watch a short YouTube tutorial, then hop on a court to practice. And if you have any questions while you play, our staff is always happy to help.
Yes! Our ball machines are available for just $10 per hour. Simply reserve a court, grab the machine, and enjoy focused practice time — perfect for working on your shots at your own pace. We also provide ball pickup tubes so you can quickly gather balls and keep the drills going, whether you’re training solo or with a partner.
Yes! A family membership applies to all children under 18 when a parent holds an active membership. There’s no need to purchase separate memberships for your kids — they simply pay the hourly court rate of $6.00.
All court reservations are made online through your account in the CourtReserve app. If you need to cancel, simply do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. It’s quick and easy — just open the app, find your booking, and click withdraw.
While we love animals, only trained service animals are allowed inside Peak Pickleball. Many of our veteran players bring their highly trained service dogs, and we want to ensure these dogs can stay focused on their important work without distractions. For that reason, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) in the facility.
We do not have showers, but we do offer changing rooms located upstairs for your convenience. Limited locker space is available downstairs near the courts — just bring your own lock if you’d like to secure your valuables while you play.
Our preference is monthly billing, and we do not offer a discount for annual payment. However, if you’d like the convenience of paying for the full year in advance, we’re happy to accommodate and lock in your rate for one year. Please note — if you choose the annual payment, there is no refund if you need to cancel early.
We have lots of opportunities to play at Peak Pickleball, but you do need to make a reservation to secure your spot — we’re a popular place to play! Once you’ve created your member profile through Peak Pickleball, you can use the CourtReserve app to browse all our events and choose the ones you want to join. If you’re having trouble finding a game, just call the front desk and we’ll help you get set up. Want to reserve a court for you and your friends instead? You can book it through the app or by calling us — our Player Assistants are always happy to help.
No worries — we have a whole bucket of loaner paddles you’re welcome to borrow. Each court is also stocked with balls provided by our sponsor Selkirk, so when you step onto the court, everything you need is already there and waiting for you.
