PeakDB Court Reserve Watcher Privacy Policy

PeakDB Court Reserve Watcher is used by Peak Pickleball staff to sync instructor assignment changes from Court Reserve into PeakDB.

What the extension accesses

• Court Reserve pages visited by authorized staff users

• Visible event details needed to identify a saved event

• Visible instructor names selected during that save

• Extension settings stored in Chrome:

• PeakDB API base URL

• Shared secret

• Enabled or disabled flag

What the extension sends

When a staff user saves instructor assignments in Court Reserve, the extension sends a small event snapshot to the configured PeakDB instructor API. That snapshot may include:

• reservation id

• event name

• event date

• start time

• end time

• selected instructor names

• derived initials

• source page URL

• observed timestamp

• detected admin email when visible on the page

What the extension does not do

• It does not sell user data.

• It does not use data for advertising.

• It does not collect browsing activity unrelated to Court Reserve.

• It does not collect payment information.

Data use

The extension is used only for internal operational syncing between Court Reserve and PeakDB.
