Peak Pickleball University Instructors

Peak Pickleball is looking for friendly, passionate instructors to teach in our highly successful Peak Pickleball University (PPU) program. This program has already introduced nearly 200 new players to the sport—helping them learn the game, improve their skills, and become part of our thriving pickleball community.

As a PPU instructor, you’ll teach:

  • Intro to Pickleball – Rules, scoring, court positioning, and guided play
  • Pickleball 101 – Drop shots and resets
  • Pickleball 102 – Serve, return, and game play

Our Head Pro and Programming Lead, Nick Patterson, has developed a full curriculum so you’ll know exactly what to teach. New instructors will shadow Nick before leading their own classes and will choose their teaching dates via our online sign-up system.

Details:

  • $20/hour
  • Small class sizes (~8 students)
  • Set class times (weeknight & weekend options)
  • Must commit to at least 4 classes per month

Peak Pickleball Junior Academy Instructors

Join Our Coaching Team at Peak Pickleball Junior Academy!

We’re looking for passionate, energetic instructors to help inspire the next generation of pickleball athletes. Our Junior Academy runs after school twice a week from 4:00–5:30 PM, offering skill-building drills, match play, and a supportive community environment. If you love working with youth ages 10–17 and have a knack for teaching both fundamentals and fun, we’d love to hear from you!
