  • No Long-Term Contracts – Memberships are billed month-to-month with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancel anytime, and your membership will remain active through your current billing period. (Annual paid memberships are non-refundable)

  • Family Plan – Combined with an eligible adult membership (Unlimited & Monthly), minors under 18 can be added with no additional monthly fee. They only pay $6/hour court fees when they play.

Membership Fine Print

  • Only to be used for Private Reservations, not Open Play.
  • No rollover – unused passes expire monthly
  • Non-transferable, must accompany the member
  • Blackout Dates (no guest passes):
    • Thanksgiving Week (Mon–Sun)
    • December 18 – January 1
  • Peak reserves the right to adjust this policy for fairness and court access.

  • Court & Open Play reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours in advance.
    • Peak Pickleball is not required to issue refunds for court & Open Play cancellations made within the 4-hour window for any reason.
  • Classes, Clinics & Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • All players must check in using the QR code on their Court Reserve app.
  • If you forget your phone, you must present a valid photo ID.
  • If you do not have either, you will not be allowed to play.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking online.

  • The Family Plan applies when a parent has an active membership with monthly dues.
  • A child (18 years old or younger) under that parent’s account is eligible.
  • The child will not pay monthly dues but will pay a $6/hour court fee.

  • Peak Pickleball reserves the right to move a reservation to another court at any time.
  • Booking a specific court does not guarantee play on that court. This flexibility allows us to maximize court usage.

  • Memberships cannot be held, suspended, or paused for reasons such as vacation, injury, surgery, or taking a break -or any reason.
  • Members paying monthly fees must provide 15 days’ notice to cancel their membership.
  • Re-enrollment will require signing up again at the currently offered pricing.
