Peak Fitness offers professional personal training inside the private gym located within Peak Pickleball. Designed to support athletes and active individuals of all levels, Peak Fitness focuses on improving performance, preventing injury, and building strength that carries over into everyday life.
Peak Fitness Pro: Alex Sistar
Personal Trainer & Strength Coach
Alex Sistar is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer working with clients of all experience levels, both in person and online. As a pickleball player himself, Alex understands the physical demands of the sport and specializes in helping athletes build strength, mobility, and joint resilience to stay competitive and injury-free.
His coaching style is supportive, positive, and practical. Alex believes fitness should improve real life—whether that means keeping up with your kids, hitting a new personal record, or staying strong and explosive through multiple games on the court.
Training sessions are structured and technique-focused, with the goal of helping clients move better, feel stronger, and enjoy long-term, sustainable fitness.

Peak Fitness operates in-house within our private gym and is available exclusively for personal training sessions.
Training Options
Alex offers flexible training formats to fit your schedule and goals:
- In-Person Training
- Hybrid Training (In-Person + Online)
- Online Coaching
In-Person Private Training (1-on-1)
Clients may choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Packages are available in 5-session or 10-session bundles.
30-Minute Sessions
- 5-session package: $125
- 10-session package: $235
60-Minute Sessions
- 5-session package: $225
- 10-session package: $400
Partner Training Packages (Pro + 2)
Train with a friend! Partner training allows two clients to train together with Alex during each session. Both participants must purchase a package.
5-Session Packages
- 30-minute sessions: $100 per person
- 60-minute sessions: $175 per person
10-Session Packages
- 30-minute sessions: $190 per person
- 60-minute sessions: $300 per person
Online & Hybrid Coaching
Online Coaching
- 5 sessions | 30 minutes each: $120
Hybrid Coaching (Online + In-Person)
- 5 sessions | 60 minutes each: $200
Getting Started with Peak Fitness
To get started, clients are asked to reach out and connect with Alex directly to discuss goals, experience level, and training needs. This initial conversation ensures you are matched with the best training package for you.
After connecting with Alex, he can either:
- Assign a recommended package to your CourtReserve account, or
- Guide you through purchasing a package on your own through the CourtReserve app
Booking Requirements
- A CourtReserve account is required
- All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- Clients must purchase or be assigned a package before booking sessions
How to Purchase a Package in CourtReserve
- Open the CourtReserve app
- Tap More (bottom right corner)
- Select Billing
- Select Packages
- Choose Purchase Package
- View and purchase the package that works best for you
How to Book a Training Session (After Purchasing a Package)
- Return to the Home screen in the CourtReserve app
- Select Book a Pro
- Choose Fitness Pro
- Select an available date and time with Alex Sistar
- Proceed to the payment screen and select “Pay by Package” to apply your purchased package
