We’re pleased that you have chosen to make our club the place you play pickleball in Colorado Springs.  A couple of things to keep in mind as you make our club your home:

Scheduling your play:  You have already used Court Reserve to set up your membership.  You will now be able to manage all of your play through your Court Reserve account.  Keep in mind that you will be charged for reservations and events that you sign up for through your account.  We specifically train our staff to not make changes to things you have scheduled so we don’t inadvertently upset your personal schedule.

Understanding how we bill for courts:  Like most pickleball facilities, we assume 4 players on a court and set our prices accordingly.  This means that your membership entitles you to a specific price for one of the four spots on the court.  The other players on the court will be responsible for the fees at the membership level they have chosen.  If you choose to play with less than 4 players, you are responsible for the fees for the “empty” spots on the court at our normal Non-Member pricing.

Respect our people and our place:  We work hard to keep our facility a pleasant place to gather and play.  But you play a big role in that as well.  First, always be respectful of our guests and members – both on and off the court.  Inappropriate or rude behavior will not be tolerated with varying and progressive consequences.  Second, treat our facility the same way – with respect.  Minimizing messes and cleaning up after yourselves frees up our staff to provide better overall service.  Last, treat our staff well.  Our people genuinely want to help you enjoy every minute of your time here.  We all know that mistakes happen and we can get frustrated with a situation.  Please assume that our staff has positive intent when working with you even if they are giving you news that you’d rather not hear.
